The player, taking on the role of a conservationist, gets immersed in the story of Svoboda, a small town in the Czech-German border region affected by violence, and uncovers hidden secrets in an attempt to find reconciliation. There are moral dilemmas and struggle for survival awaiting the player. The game is a unique combination of historical adventure game, interactive interviews and memories of people who lived through the chaos after the Second World War and the subsequent displacement of the German population and the rise of the Communists to power.
The game's perspective is partly based on personal experience of the main designer Vít Šisler, whose father was born in the Czech-German border region a year before the outbreak of the Second World War. Vít used to spend his holidays in his father's birthplace as a child.
The game features characters from another game Attentat 1942, so the two games are loosely connected.
How to approach history as sensitively as possible without sacrificing the gameplay and appeal to players.

For Iraqi Kurdistan, the studio has created Ashti (2022), a game about water management.
